Merriman’s on Maui offers a wonderful farm-to-table style menu, using only the finest organic and sustainable products from the Hawaiian Islands. 90% of their award winning menu is locally sourced, and their culinary creations are outstanding.

Located in South Maui at the newest Andaz Maui Resort in Wailea, Morimoto is named for highly-acclaimed celebrity chef Masaharu Morimoto of Iron Chef and Iron Chef America. #4 DUO Steak & Seafood
DUO is located in South Maui at the Four Season’s Resort in Wailea. Set poolside, and hosting gorgeous Pacific Ocean views, this restaurant is one of the most luxurious restaurants in Maui. Guests will surely enjoy all the fantastic award-winning chef creations at this amazing Maui steak and seafood restaurant. Star Noodle is located off the beaten path in Lahaina, West Maui. This super delicious and trendy Maui restaurant is popular for many reasons, including the fantastic Pan-Asian menu, the stylish setting, and of course Executive Chef Sheldon Simeon, past star of Top Chef.

#9 Hali’imaile General Store
Hali’imaile General Store has been a favorite Maui restaurant since 1988. Located in Upcountry Maui, Hali’imaile was once a historic Hawaiian-style general store. This restaurant was the first of Chef Bev Gannons restaurant endeavors, and still holds true to be one of the best restaurants on Maui. While dining at Hali’imaile’s, guests can experience an environment that cherishes “Old Hawaii,” while enjoying creative menu selections that only Bev Gannon could conjure up.

Japengo is hands down one of the best restaurants in West Maui, with numerous culinary awards including a Gold ‘Aipono Award for Best Pacific Rim Restaurant in 2013. Located within the Maui Hyatt Regency Resort, Japengo is known for their fresh take on Pacific Rim cuisine; using only the freshest, locally grown ingredients. Here, guests can enjoy a modern and stylish ambiance, and world-class seafood, sushi, steaks, and specialty cocktails.
